Campbell County Public Library System Board of Trustees holds their regular monthly meeting on the fourth Monday of each month (except holidays) at 4:30pm at Campbell County Public Library (CCPL), with the exceptions of the May and October meetings that are held at Wright Branch Library (WBL).

Special meetings for the purpose of approving vouchers are held at Campbell County Public Library at 4:30pm.
