Bring them to Campbell County Public Library's wrapping party where you’ll find tape, bows, scissors, and wrapping paper, as well as holiday tunes, snacks and fellow gift wrappers. Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Festivus, a birthday, or anything in between, all are welcome.
