Bonus points for incorporating the Campbell County Public Library System logo into the character!

Entry forms are available at Campbell County Public Library (CCPL), Wright Branch Library (WBL), or from the library website. Entries must be submitted at CCPL or WBL by 4:30pm on Friday, March 31. Winners will be announced April 12.
