The Library Foundation Inc. (LFI) invites artists of all ages to enter the 2025 Graphic Novel Character Contest! This contest started in 2012 in an effort to promote your libraries’ graphic novel collection and is still going strong! 

Contest Entry Form

Enter your original library-themed character in an artistic medium of your choice in the appropriate division: 
-grades 1-3
-grades 4-6
-grades 7-12
-18 and older
-all-ages computer-generated division (computer-generated art must be printed for submission)

Bonus points for incorporating the Campbell County Public Library System logo into your character! Entry forms are available at CCPL, WBL, or from our library website. Entries must be submitted by 4:30pm Friday, February 28. Winners announced March 24. 

The overall winner receives a $30 gift card from The Library Foundation. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place winners in each division, too. The public will select a People’s Choice prize winner by casting votes at CCPL or on the CCPL and WBL Facebook pages. The winner will receive $25 worth of art supplies.
