Love to cook—or want to learn? Sign up for Campbell County Public Library's every-other-month cooking classes for adults! Each class is hands-on, small-group, and full of flavor.

⏰ Two sessions: 4–6pm or 6:30–8:30pm 👥 Limited to 8 students per session
Space is limited—sign up early and bring your appetite! Classes are free and first come, first served with priority given to new students.

January 13: Freezer Meal Prep: Learn how to plan, prep, and store delicious make-ahead meals that will save you time, money, and stress on busy weeknights. We’ll cover smart shopping tips, safe freezing techniques, portioning, labeling, and easy recipes you can stock in your freezer for quick, no-fuss dinners the whole family will love.

March 10: Pasta: Make fresh pasta and sauces from scratch—perfect comfort food!
May 12: Muffins: Bake sweet and savory muffins that are great for breakfast or snacks.
July 14: Mediterranean (salads & gyros): Create fresh Mediterranean salads and homemade gyros.
September 8: Canning: Learn safe and simple techniques for preserving fruits, veggies, and sauces.
November 10: Soup: Cook hearty, flavorful soups perfect for chilly days.

🍴Our Teacher: Felicia Hartsoch is a high school culinary arts teacher from Wyoming, where she inspires the next generation of chefs with her passion for food and education. A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Felicia honed her craft as a pastry chef in Denver before transitioning into teaching. 

In addition to her work in the classroom, she is proud to partner with your library to bring cooking education to our community, offering hands-on classes and culinary literacy. Felicia brings real-world expertise, creativity, and a love for culinary excellence into everything she does, empowering learners of all ages with skills that blend artistry, technique, and a deep appreciation for food.
